There is so much chat about mental health and well-being and it’s complex and overwhelming.

Most people over breath and when they get out of breath they try and get more air and are some what puffed.

Here is the rub.

For oxygen to be released into the cells it needs a certain amount of CO2 in the blood stream.

If the CO2 is low, which is caused by the over breathing, then the oxygen cannot be released into the cells correctly and of cause lack of oxygen causes brain funk exhaustion, fatigue, and disease.

For the brain to be happening the food of oxygen is vital.

So how to increase CO2

  • Slow the breath down through the nose until you feel a slight hunger for breath but not starvation.
  • Keep this going for 5 minutes a few times a day.
  • Every once in a while through your day gently breath out and hold out for 5 seconds

This will increase the oxygen release, and you will start to feel great.
