I don’t know what it is like for you, and yet I imagine if you are conscious, you are aware of just how much your attention is being pulled in all directions these days.

With so much information and so many sources vying for your attention simultaneously, it’s no wonder many of us feel an incredible sense of brain overload. The tricky part is that we often get so accustomed to this constant bombardment that we may not even realize the profound stress it places on our brain, nervous system, and body in general. Over time, this can significantly impact our joy, health, and ability to make clear, life-enhancing decisions.

3. Reframe Negative Thoughts: Challenge negative thoughts by reframing them into positive ones. For example, instead of thinking, “I can’t handle this,” reframe it to, “I am capable and equipped to manage this challenge.”
