When you slow your breath through your nose, in and out, you take conscious control of your biochemistry and nervous system.
Now you engage the para-sympathetic nervous system, which facilitates the calm resting state, your peripheral vision increases and you gain a much more healthy predisposition. You can make better decisions, be more energetically fresh, happier and able to deal with circumstances.
So, slow your breath through the nose in and out and do it for at least five minutes any time you feel or think it might be time for a break. Have an amazing day taking control.
